The most products from this brand are excellent quality! In combination with the active ingredient butyric acid, this supplement is a great choice full probiotics spectrum for digestion-constipation problems and general gut health. A must have for inflammatory bowel diseases. For max absorption, consume it in the morning, always in an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before a main meal.

Having tried different probiotic supplements from Iherb, my experience with this one was kind of average. The good points about this product are the following: *Size was easy to swallow. *Packaging was great. *The capsules were tasteless so they were easy to ingest. *Ingredients and probiotic strains included were nice. *Somewhat regulated my bowel movement. The experience was average for me as I didn't really notice any changes in the quality of my stools, I had better experiences from other brands.Also, I still experience stomachaches, although they were not that frequent as before I took probiotics. If you can try this, try it.Please do not be discouraged by my review, what I'm describing is just what I experienced.Who knows, this might be the product for you.
great combination of probiotic strains and high potency - I used to order Ojio but since they are no longer available I was searching for a replacement and this one seems to be working well
The quality,size,effect and ingredient of the capsule helps my folic acid, boost my energy, niacin flush, nervous system and metabolism. I usually swallow the capsule and so i don't quite know the taste of it, but the potency of it is very good. As it arrives at my doorstep, the packaging was very good.
I’ve been using this product for several months. It does a great job at helping me to eliminate waste! I take it two times a day. My doctor recommended this probiotic. The other one she had me on is out of stock, but I really think this one works better.
