In August, my post nasal drip was terrible. I did everything the allergist suggested, but still I was miserable. I searched iherb to see if there was anything that worked for others and I agree- if you follow the directions and don't eat as outlined on the bottle, it really is helpful. I think that was the hardest part. I had to make sure I woke up, took it right away and didn't eat, but then I was in good shape. Expensive, but I figured it was worth a try since I was trying everything else. It definitely was.

This product worked amazingly I have bad allergies and sinus drainage this takes the thick mucus and helps to get rid of it I breathe easier with this product. This works almost with immediate effect. My post-nasal drip gets worse in winter, but I take just one at night when it's at its mildest and 2 as the winter wears on. It enables me to get a good night's sleep so I wouldn't be without it. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
