I don’t eat red meat so have always been B12 deficient. I was suffering from fatigue for 6 months until I remembered to take a daily dose of this. High and low for a supplement that did not have any additives and this one is as pure as it gets. Melts easily under the tongue in seconds.

This product contains two of the best forms of B12, including (in equal measure) the less common, but very useful, adenosylcobalamin, in a high dosage. So easy to take: just put it under your tongue (preferably on an empty stomach), and it'll be all dissolved in less than half a minute. The taste is completely unobjectionable, even pleasant. It does contain lactose and acacia gum, but the amounts involved must be tiny, as the dissolvable tablet itself is very small (small but potent!). My first choice in B12 along with one other kind in liquid form that I sometimes get.

I ordered this one and used it before in the methylcoblimn version, the positive is that it doesn't contain dangerous alternative sweeteners like Xylitol. Most other B12 contain that or other harsh chemicals to add flavor. The downside is that a lot of the tabs dissolve quickly they are so tiny and turn to dust if you shake the bottle too much like if you travel or carry it in the bag and it moves around a lot it could dissolve the tablets to powder.

Very easy to take first thing in the morning. The tiny raspberry flavoured tablet disolves instantly on the tongue. I know it’s working as all signs of low B12 have disappeared since taking it.
