Probiotics, 30 Vegan Capsules

I'm always looking for ways to improve my gut health, and probiotics are a great way to do that. I was excited to try Sunwarrior Probiotics because they are vegan and soy-free, which are two things I always look for in a supplement. I was also impressed by the fact that they use soil-based organisms, which are some of the most effective probiotics. The capsules are easy to take and I noticed a difference in my digestion within a few days. I would definitely recommend Sunwarrior Probiotics to anyone looking for a high-quality probiotic supplement.

Bought this to help our autistic child who has had issues with their gut since they were a baby. Like the idea that they are soil based & shelf stable but couldn't see any real results when they took it. I tried it from time to time when having problems with digestion & it does seem to help but nothing amazing. Maybe that's a good thing but I'm use to other probiotics giving a stronger result. Would consider reordering but they are a bit pricey & only good really for 30 days. It's nice when you have 60 days to really test something out so for now I will skip reordering it.

This is the most strong probiocs that I have had so far. Irritable bowel syndrome has gone within 3 days. I experienced the dying off. This is excellent spore probiotics.

I personally think that 10 Billion CFU is very low and may not be very helpful for someone who is trying to restore their gut flora unless a higher dosage is taken. For general well being of someone who is not suffering from any GI issues this may be a fine product, though it does lean on the expensive side for what you're getting. With this supplement I have clear improvement of my gut. When I do not use it, my stool is very soft and fatty. Now I use this, my digestion is as type 4 of the Bristol Stool chart. My stool is much better, but no constipation. The absorption must be OK as I see the difference. But if it is a benefit for the microbiome, i'm not sure, because when I do not take the supplement, then the next day my stool is as before. Size of the supplement is ok for me to swallow I choose this supplement because of the ingredients, there are no fillers or other ingredients, of which I think is not natural.

Works great for fermenting cashew cheese! In a high speed blender: 500 g soaked cashews 1.5 cups water 1 tsp salt 2 probiotic capsules Blend well and seal in a container for 12-24 hours at room temperature before refrigerating

These probiotics really do wonders for my tummy! They're packed with special microbes that help fix up my gut. I love how they balance everything inside me, making digestion smoother. The three (for myself) most effective -to date- probiotics to improve digestion, combined with spinach leaf extract. A great combination of spore forming friendly microbes and chloroplast's. Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-3799 much researched, for gut restorative properties, is also included. A value able health product worth the price!

Easy vegan capsules — Simple, clean formulation and genuinely vegan, which isn't always easy to find. Capsules are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste and no digestive discomfort. Thirty-count means reordering monthly, but they've become a regular part of our household routine. Recommended.
