strange odor, very dense and does measly fluff up when baking. better for flat breads

packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy

I was sad when Bob's Red Mill discontinued their flatbread mix, but I just made rolls with this and they tasted even better! I like the texture too. This will be my go-to flour mix from now on.

Absolutely love this baking grain free mix. I have a lot of allergies and cooking with this makes my life so much easier ! I just baked an amazing carrot cake and the texture is just so moist and fluffy ! The quality of bob redmill's ingredients and overall products are always beyond any other brands i've ever used in the past and god knows that it's so hard to create your own paleo mix...! After so many ''failed'' recipes, i was fed up and discouraged, especially when you have no choice but to change your diet... But when i found this mix, I had to try so i just hoped for the best, and it's been such a wonderful finding! I have a strict and complicated diet and this is something i can safely add to my list of 'safe' foods! Quite pricey but absolutely worth every penny! It's great to have a product that has the right proportions of each different flour, no more failed baking! :) On top of that, the ''velcro'' enclosure on the package keeps the flour fresh and since i don't use it everyday it does makes a difference! I just wish it came in a bigger size like 2kg. Otherwise, nothing to say other than 'I LOVE it' !
