Works for me and has improved my gut health. I like the diversity of probiotic strains and that this is both a probiotic and a prebiotic, which I gather is important for absorption. It’s also great that I only need to take one capsule with 50 billion colony forming units (CFU) per day. One bottle is a 60-day supply.
This is my first time to try this and I am very happy. My bowel movement is regular now and this supplement helps a lot with mu digestion. I benefit more from what I eat now. I drink this supplement first thing in the morning. This surely has quality ingredients. I will buy again after I finish my first bottle.

Every time I take this my digestion seems to take a turn for the worse. I know I'm really sensitive but I can take a lot of different supplements now, but this one just does not work for me. I wonder why this is. I'm pretty sure that I've taken all the ingredients in other supplements at one time or another, but something in this supplement just doesn't work for me. I get really smelly and soft stools and lots of gas and I stink like some bio gas factory. Not funny and takes quite some time to reverse.
