[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used a waterline pencil in a while but I feel like urban decay has some of the best eyeliners so I was excited to give this a try. I applied this for a date night and was overall happy with the results for how long I had it on. I didn’t find that the product was uncomfortable to wear or use. Depending on how wet my eyes were would effect fading but overall was happy with the product. I don’t know that this is something I would put on to wear all day

What is the difference between the glide on and the waterline black eyeliner pencil? Loved both of those products they are amazing and once I started using them I can’t use nothing else thank you.

Smooth vibrant color, doesn’t irritate my eyes, easy to put on. No complaints.

Waterproof and I love it

I bought this and at the beginning it was fantastic. Then when the pencil was halfway down, it would NOT produce color at all on my waterline. I did everything that was recommended to do. Even ' lightly cut' the tip so it would be a fresh surface. It just felt like a stick of wax. So incredibly disappointed in this product. Don't be fooled thinking you'll have it for a while.
