Bobbi Brown 24 Hour Kajal Eyeliner Waterproof

I just received this eye liner, it does not work… it was broken when I got it and no eye liner will come out I am so disappointed

I bought this to take with me on a month long business trip. Barely 5 uses and it no longer works? Cant sharpen it, can't twist it up. What a waste of money.

I struggle to keep eyeliner on without smudging, and this one is my new favorite. However, not sure how they expect it to be efficiently sharpened. Either make it sharpenable, or make it twist up. Please improve this! Love the shade Cabernet.

Waterproof liner in and of itself is a great product, however the 'pencil' cannot be sharpened without losing large pieces of the liner. And, for the price a sharpener should always be included. Disappointed in this offering.

I am enjoying this eyeliner and color. I haven’t tried the BB black eyeliner but I’m using this color on top of my current black eyeliner to soften the darkness. This color is nice with my darker eyeliner and it’s creamy, glides on smoothly and stays on well. I’m enjoying trying g the BB eyeliner for my first time. Anxious to try the black one.

Pencil was fine, but the packaged box had both sides open and smashed. It looked like someone had opened it.

I loved this product until I needed to sharpen it. The end the sharpener should be just broke off and when I tried to sharpen it the application end also broke. A complete waste of money. So disappointed.

I love this Kajal liner. It slides on beautifully - so much easier than the typical pencil liner. It also stays on and remains vibrant. I am getting in multiple colors.

I bought it because I tried it on at the store.i liked how creamy and easy to apply. It glides on your eyelid. It's waterproof which is great in heat and humidity at this time of th year. Yiu can purchase refills I think.

I loved the former gel eyeliner. The new eyeliner never worked - noone ever mentioned you needed to sharpen it - and when I did sharpen it, the point was either scratchy or flat. Therefore, I returned it and told the salesperson that it did not work. I miss the old gel eyeliner.
