Organic Creamy Buckwheat Hot Cereal, Whole Grain, Gluten Free, 18 oz (510 g)

I like this buckwheat cereal. I use only 2 tbsp to make a porridge. I eat it with 1 tsp of ghee and mix of seeds (pumpkin, flax, sunflower).

When I need a little break from my usual oatmeal, I enjoy making this creamy buckwheat hot cereal. It is easy to combine with fruit, nuts, and spices. Eaten in the morning, it helps with energy and keeping blood sugar in check. Bob's Red Mill is a trusted brand and I appreciate this product. Thank you Bob's and iHerb!

I love how easy this is to make the quality of ingredients and great taste!

Buckwheat is really healthy for us and it makes a great cereal

I don’t cater for oatmeal but I used to love how it tasted with frozen blueberries. Buckwheat tastes great with blueberries. Delicious for breakfast!

This is a good taste gluten-free hot cereal. Bob's Red Mill Organic Creamy Buckwheat hot cereal has nutritious & gluten free ingredients of great quality. It tastes good by itself or mixed with other hot cereals. size is perfect, Also, no need to add sugar as the taste of this buckwheat cereal doesn't need to be sweetened. I would especially recommend Bob's Red Mill Organic Creamy Buckwheat Cereal to anyone who has a sensitive digestive system. It's just the best!! The difficult part is not being able to find it readily in the stores.

It's good actually would love to buy more in bigger bags but Bob died earlier this year so his employees own the company and they are jacking pricing up higher than people in Asia can afford, so we will continue to tell Chinese to not eat dogs!

Everything was well-coordinated and efficient. I really appreciate the professionalism shown throughout. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would gladly use this delivery service again in the future.

I am glad that the product is pure quality, and the ingredient without added sugar and palm oil and harmful seed oil content in it is what I have been looking for.. Many of the store bought products are so unhealthy and harm health .I am so glad to find iherb, and I already recommended so many people to find healthy products from the website. I feel so surprised that many of them haven't heard this website before .

The quality of this buckwheat cereal is excellent. The ingredients are clean and simple — just whole grain organic buckwheat, which fits perfectly into a healthy diet. It has a unique, earthy taste that becomes very comforting once you get used to it. I use it mainly for warm breakfast bowls. It cooks into a creamy, soft texture and works great with toppings like fruit, honey or date syrup, cinnamon, or nut butter. It also works in savory recipes, especially with broth and vegetables for a nourishing meal. The size of the bag is good and lasts for many servings. I usually use about half a cup per serving, and I reach for it regularly (frequency) because it’s filling, gentle on digestion, and keeps me energized for hours. The composition is simple whole grain, so the benefit is that it feels very natural and satisfying without being heavy. A very nice staple if you enjoy warm, wholesome breakfasts. Definitely would repurchase 🌾
