This is ptitim, not couscous. For me this is an alternative to macaroni but with the shape of tiny circles. The taste is like good pasta, even more interesting because of the shape. You can use it to cook different main dishes, you can throw it in soup. I liked the quality and definitely will buy again.
I used this pearl couscous in a tomato cream chicken soup with onion, carrots and celery and my kids absolutely loved it. It is delicious on its own, chewy and not soggy, even sitting in soup. And while it is similar to pasta and rice, this couscous has an interesting mouthfeel that makes a familiar soup dish taste fresh. Will definitely get this more regularly!
Always love their products! Good quality , the ingredients are great, good package, taste good , the size is reasonable for the volume and easy to use within the expiration date ! I bought the Triple color couscous before, we loved it , so I decided to buy all the different ones to try them out :) So looking forward to eat it 🙂
Since trying Bob's Red Mill grains, I never bought other brand. Also, they have so many different grains and cereals, I could never get bored. Bob’s Red Mill Couscous is a good alternative to rice. We use it with mixed veggies. They are tasty and easy to use along with such a pretty look in any dish! Good quality, highly recommended to try.

5 stars!Absolutely the best quality pearl cous cous!Great as side dish or throw into soups or stews cooked or even uncooked.My fave way is to make pilaf with onions,peppers,greens in chicken broth.I like it a bit chewy to the bite doesn’t get mushy but stays in shape.Good size amount in package too.
