I really don't know how to properly rate vitamins or supplements as they all can take real time to show any effects, if they do at all. I'm taking this product as i heard it's helpful for nerve pain. I'm doing other things as well so any improvement it's hard to say where that help is actually coming from. I tolerate this well.
