I take this to reduce general inflammation, and at 66, I have a little. I use it to reduce inflammation of my pancreas especially, and have been taking it for around 5 years. It seems to help, with small amounts of Vitamin C and Calcium, but the Grape Seed Extract is likely doing most of the work. I'm happy with the performance and will likely continue taking indefinitely.
