Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100 mg, 120 Capsules

I was curious to try this alpha lipoic acid supplement after hearing good things, but to be honest, I didn’t notice any significant changes while taking it. I took it regularly as directed and finished the whole bottle. It was easy to take and didn’t cause any side effects, which is a plus. Maybe it works better for others, but for me personally, I didn’t really feel a noticeable effect.

Good small dosage of alpha lipoic acid. Using for insulation resistance, seems to be working.

Good quality alpha lipoic acid at a very reasonable price. The 100mg dosage is convenient for flexible dosing. I take this for antioxidant support and blood sugar management. Very beneficial tool for glucose control, metabolic health, nerve revival etc etc Best take on empty stomach as it’s very unstable when the stomach acid is at play.

Packaging is good. I didn’t see benefit the size is good quality.

My o2 leves were going below 90. Ive read the benefits is it helps mitochondria by oxidative preventation and increases vitamin c. I did see my o2 levels increase and intook thisproduct for 6 months. Nomsideeffects good quality ingredients as other stuff gives me nightmares due to fillers packaged. My cells must be helped by the higher o2 levels now over 95

Quite frankly this is one supplement I can't tell that I'm taking. There is much written about the supplement and this smaller mg size is my obeisance to the literature I have read on the subject - better some than none. Clearly the Swanson brand is one of my favorite brands for both price and quality. This mg size is my insurance so to speak and Swanson fits this possible without undue expense. Cheers
