Have been taking different glutathione from different companies. I enjoy the ease of taking supplement in this chewable form. Taste is pretty nice. Read that sublingual forms are better way to take glutathione but it was way more expensive than regular. Hopefully chewable form is as effective. Will buy again

At 50 mg, the dose is relatively low compared to commonly used ranges (typically 250–1000 mg daily). Because of this, the impact feels mild. On the positive side, there were no noticeable side effects — it’s very well tolerated even with daily use. It reduces the oxidative stress on the body. I take 3-5 tablets a day. I like taste.

The taste isn’t the best, but it’s bearable. Nice size chewable tablets. Been using it for a few weeks now and my skin seems to like it a lot! My skin seems more tight and less dark spots, also bowel movements are more regular. I have IBS and it’s kind of soothing.
