I use this product to combat evening overeating. 1-2 scoops at night give me a feeling of fullness and I sleep peacefully until morning. It is good to take in combination with magnesium. I also really like the taste. Even when mixed with plain water, the taste remains rich. High quality product in quite big package.

I usually get Dymatize but wanted to try other brands. Strawberry ice cream flavour sounded good so gave it a go. Good nutritional profile but the taste is not that great. It’s passable but would not be repurchasing.
Perfect product for it's price, maybe I want mixing it by instruction (I like more thick protein, so added less milk. So it was a bit too salty for me by taste on the bottom of the cup). But I think next time I'll order it again!
