It’s a supplement. My hair and nails are stronger. But is it the supplement or something else in my life? For instance - I’m in cougar puberty and taking HrT, so maybe that’s also having an impact on the ol’ hair and nails situation? Anywho - these are fine. No complaints. Correlation? Causation? Dunno.

It’s a good quality biotin capsules. I’ve bn taking for my hair loosing too many. With these capsules helped me to stop loosing now. Also good for the skin too. Good size 120 capsules n I’m taking only one a day. Quality product n good packaging. I’m benefiting with.
