Be careful with this product. “Lithium (from lithium orotate) – 20 mg” means 20 mg of ELEMENTAL lithium, not 20 mg of lithium orotate. One capsule contains about 500 mg lithium orotate = 20 mg elemental lithium, which is pharmacologically active, not a mild supplement. I initially misunderstood this and almost took multiple capsules per day. This dose may require medical supervision and can affect kidneys, thyroid, hydration, and mood. Please double-check before using. This is not for casual or unsupervised supplementation.

I tried lithium orate at a 5 mg dose and had positive results. This 20 mg dose provides even more positive impact on my neuromuscular issues and gives me steady hands.

I ordered from this site because in Austria you can only purchase lithium in amounts of up to 5 mg. For higher doses, a doctor’s prescription is required. So it is indeed 20 mg of pure lithium per capsule in the form of lithium orotate. I will now take the lithium as recommended by Dr. Michael Nehls.
