The Dutch Chocolate flavor is delicious. The powder mixes easy, and it helped me recover quicker after intense workouts.

Casein can be hit-or-miss, but this one is genuinely excellent. The Dutch Chocolate flavour tastes like an actual dessert rather than a chalky “protein” drink, and it mixes thick and smooth (which is exactly what I want from casein). It’s especially good at night or when I want something more filling between meals. No weird aftertaste, no stomach issues, and the overall quality feels premium. Expensive, but it delivers — I’d repurchase.

Ordered the casein powder to complement the whey protein that I also ordered. Read that Casein is sustained release of protein over a 4-6 hours. So took it at night to supplement my protein needs after training earlier in the day. However, the taste is not something I like and it gave me loose stools through the night. So I cut back to half scoop and combine it with half scoop of whey protein after a work-out instead of taking it in the night. Tummy still feels a little queasy but better than having the runs for hours at night.
