Very good and worthy product. I bought it mostly because of the high Biotin levels included, but the product has a "free bonus" with decent levels of other B vitamins. Practically you receive a full spectrum B complex product at the price of "just biotin " products.

This is the nail supplement my dermatologist recommended years ago. It has made my nails extremely strong. I have tried other supplements. They do not work as well as Biotin Forte.
