I am taking this for my brittle nails which I hope will be stronger by the time the new nail growth comes out in a few more months. But, I have been taking this for about few months now and swear it is helping my hair, which seems healthier. The other thing I have noticed is that my skin is glowing. I didn't have a problem with my skin but it is definitely softer and people are telling me I look really well and that is the only thing I've changed (taking Biotin). My makeup, diet etc. is exactly the same. A bonus! Especially at my 55 years!
