I love being able to take both ingredients of lutein and zeaxanthin, which are the main dietary carotenoids found in human retina and they protect the macula from damage by blue light, improve visual acuity and scavenge harmful reactive oxygen. I spend all my time in front of a computer and find this formula effective in terms of keeping my eye health and vision in check. Again, I do wish this bottle were cheaper.
