Oh, this micellar protein is the best thing. I really helps me to not crave at night, because I just have to take one dose to feed fool. Now Foods products are always of good quality ingredients. This is a good source of calcium and slow release protein. I like the taste, which reminds me of milk. It is a bit hard to mix but I have been making meal replacement shakes using 1 scoop of this powder in 8-10 oz water, 1-2 tsp. olive oil, creatine powder, 1 tblsp. ground flaxseed and collagen powder using a submersion blender. This makes a creamy drink that I think is delicious without any sweetner.
The quality is great, perfect size and package. I took every morning about 40 mg with my coffee after taking Omega 3 . I was looking for a protein supplement that would not change the taste of my coffee . The ingredients are very well balanced. Will try the vanilla taste soon.
I started taking this in my protein shakes because I realised I'd get a heat rush from whey protein isolates, hence this helped me to break the digestion of my shake over a longer time period. It clumps very easily and has to be stirred or blended better into a shake, does not dissolve easily like whey protein isolate.
