I only take lutein once or twice a week as an occasional supplement but have been doing so for several years. I've not had any eye problems but I've never been a big fan of how thick the capsule is on this product. I'm sure it must be necessary or they reduce it.
This is probably the best quality lutein supplement available on iherb. It's just a bit too expensive for me to justify though. I like that it has a nice high dose of zeaxanthin, which most other Lutein & Z supps seem to skimp on. Supposed to be good for the eyes.
Have just started to take Country Life Lutein today so cannot comment but I loved the size of softgel capsule which was so easy to take. I chose these capsules because of the high quality and ingredients stated on the bottle. I thought the packaging was very well designed and easy to read
It should be useful for vision enhancing. The ingredients are excellent so it should help eventually.
This product is good for supporting overall eye health, including protecting eyes from blue light and oxidative stress, and minimizing eye strain from digital devices.

These are really good if you stay a lot in from of a PC, very expensive compared to other brands. I take this with 4-6 mg astaxanthin!
