I take iron regularly because my ferritin is low. This one works fine for me. I can’t say that I notice a big difference between different forms of iron, like sulfate or bisglycinate. For me, the most important thing is that it is gentle on my stomach and doesn’t cause strong side effects. Overall, it’s a good iron supplement, and I will continue taking it as recommended by my doctor.

Got this Iron supplement for my husband as he works mid to nightshift and experiences being dizzy, usual symptom of lack of iron. I can say it’s a good quality and good absorbable ingredients. The size is just fine. Good package and easy to carry especially when traveling. The taste is fine just don’t let it dissolve in your mouth, good thing it’s easy to swallow.

Good quality active form of iron, capsules are medium size. I wish the strength could be higher - the capsule contains only 36 mg of iron, so I have to take two capsules at a time.
