I bought this steam cleaner less than a year ago. I used it one time. I tried to use it yesterday and it doesn't work. It doesn't heat up enough to produce steam, or to do anything at all.
My spring cleaning this year was a breeze. I am so glad I got this steamer at Macys
I bought this and didn't use it for a few months. When I opened it, it did not work. I tried reaching out the company and rec'd no response from them. What a waste.
Easy to use for so many things
After buying and liking Costway's handheld-only unit, I decided to try this dual-purpose one that can be used handheld for certain chores and as a mop with provided pad and grout cleaner using the brush attachment. This second unit has been great in first, cleaning the kitchen grout; then, I will mop the entire house little by little. The unit heats up really fast and holds enough water for one small room. I am really pleased with this purchase.

Stopped working the very first time I used it.
This steamer has performed quite well. There is white tile with white grout in the bathroom and it always needs to be scrubbed with a brush on hands and knees. Not any more! The floor has never looked cleaner. I just blast the grout with steam and wipe up the moisture.
