Optimal Electrolyte, Orange, 30 Sticks, 0.229 oz (6.5 g) Each

Simple ingredient list without any nasties added. Well balanced electrolyte profile with a pleasant, neutral taste. Conveniently packaged in single sticks to take on the go & prevent spoilage from exposure to humidity & moisture. Great for hydration - you can actually feel it. Excellent for athletes or busy, active people who want to maintain their electrolytes. Has creatine as an additional benefit, but take note that this is not for everyone (ie. those with kidney issues). On the most expensive side but reputable company with strong track record of good manufacturing practice. Must have for me.

During the first few months of nursing school, the stress and lack of sleep destroyed my complexion. This gentle cleanser and moisturizer duo kept my skin somewhat balanced. I graduated with honors and my skin eventually recovered.

I have bought this in a jar before, also orange flavor, but I find this quite handy for on the go or when I go on vacation.

I love these electrolytes. They truly have the best ingredients out of every electrolyte I have seen. They taste great and I love all the added ingredients to make them absorb better.

I have been using this product a few months now and it really gives me energy on days when I feel low. I have tried it on other people too and the effect is the same.

Fully agree with the previous comments - the ingredients are the best I have seen so far (when compared with other brands). Dissolves quite good, the taste is very mild orange (more of an aroma) and more salty (beware if u prefer something really sweet). It also fizzes and foams when u pour water, so be careful. It also manages to mask the unpleasant taste of NAC, so ideal morning drink.

I’ve been using Seeking Health Optimal Electrolyte – Orange and the quality is excellent. The ingredient blend feels clean and balanced, and each stick size is convenient to carry around. The package makes it easy to grab one for a workout, training, or any sport activity. The taste is a refreshing orange, not too sweet, and it really helps with hydration and fluid balance. I feel a real benefit during exercise and afterward—my electrolyte levels stay steady, and recovery feels smoother. A great daily boost when staying active and wanting your body to perform at its best.

Good Quality of ingredients, not bitter aftertaste. The size is perfect on the go and the hydration is one of the best.

I really like this electrolyte mix. The ingredients are clean, the flavor is good, and it dissolves easily. It gives a noticeable boost without any weird aftertaste. I would buy it again.

I bought this for use while traveling. I'm a regular user of the version of this product in a tub. I like that it's hydrating and also has some other nutrients that provide relation and energy
