What can you say about buckwheat groats? They’re not a fabulous food. I’m a vegetarian and get some good protein from these in grain bowls. The package size is OK for the price. They’re organic and they get the job done. No complaints.
I soak these over night and then rinse and blend them with enough liquid to make pancake batter. I make tiny pancakes dripping in butter... yum, yum! : )
